Divyartha.in provides personalized religious services (poojas) that are performed based on individual user details and scheduled in advance with assigned priests.
Due to the customized and time-bound nature of these services, we follow a strict no-refund policy, with defined service assurance.
1. No Cancellation & No Refund Policy
- All bookings made on Divyartha.in are final and non-refundable
- Once a pooja is booked and payment is completed, cancellation is not allowed
2. Why Refunds Are Not Applicable
Our services involve:
- Advance priest scheduling
- Personalized rituals using user-specific details (name, nakshatra, gothram, etc.)
- Fixed time-slot allocation
Therefore, once booked, the service cannot be canceled or reassigned.
3. Service Assurance (Critical for Compliance ✅)
Divyartha.in is committed to delivering the booked service.
In case of any failure on our part:
- If the pooja is not performed due to our fault, we will:
- Re-perform the pooja at no additional cost, OR
- Reschedule the service at a mutually convenient time
👉 This ensures users always receive the service they paid for.
4. Video Delivery Guarantee
- A recorded video of the pooja will be provided within 24–72 hours
- If video delivery fails due to our issue:
- We will re-share the video, OR
- Arrange a re-performance of the pooja
5. Rescheduling Policy (User Flexibility)
- Users may request rescheduling at least 12 hours before the scheduled time
- Subject to priest availability
- Only one reschedule per booking is permitted
6. User Responsibility
- Users must provide accurate and complete details at the time of booking
- Divyartha.in is not responsible for issues caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete information
- No refunds, cancellations, or re-performances will be provided in such cases
7. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
- If payment is deducted but booking is not confirmed:
- A full refund will be processed automatically within 5–7 business days
- In case of duplicate payments:
- The extra amount will be refunded
8. Force Majeure
Divyartha.in is not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to:
- Natural events, temple restrictions, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances
However, in such cases, we will reschedule the service.
